Defense Against DUI/DWI Charges
A first offense DUI/DWI conviction carries a mandatory 12 month suspension of driving privileges. An attorney can challenge the evidence against you or help you obtain leniency from the court if you are convicted. For example, you may be able to drive on a restricted basis, which would allow you to drive:

- to exercise visitation for minor children, or to take them to day care
